Shipping & Delivery
Policy Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how CloudState handles order processing, domestic and international shipping, delivery timelines, and related responsibilities. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping services are provided by third-party courier partners. While CloudState aims to deliver orders promptly and efficiently, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Payment Confirmation
All orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders with failed, incomplete, or pending payments will not be fulfilled.
Processing Timeline
- Standard Metro Manila: 7-10 business days from the order date.
- Standard Provincial: 7-12 business days from the order date.
- Made-to-Order or Pre-order: 20-30 days from the order date.
Processing times exclude weekends, Philippine public holidays, international holidays, promotional sale periods, and unforeseen operational delays.
Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, it cannot be modified, canceled, or redirected.
Shipping Coverage
- Metro Manila & Provincial: We use J&T Express for deliveries outside Metro Manila. Please note that this also includes certain Metro Manila areas: Navotas, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, Malabon, and Caloocan.
If your destination country is unavailable at checkout, please contact CloudState before placing an order.
International Shipping (coming soon)
International Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Asia: 7–14 business days
- Outside Asia (International): 10–21 business days
These timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, courier handovers, weather conditions, or public holidays in the destination country.
International Shipping Fees
International shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected courier or shipping service
Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or customs handling charges.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs clearance and additional charges imposed by the destination country, including but not limited to:
- Import duties
- Value-Added Tax (VAT)
- Customs processing or handling fees
All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. CloudState does not control these fees and cannot predict or refund them.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delayed delivery, returned parcels, or abandoned shipments. Any additional costs incurred due to refusal or non-payment of customs fees will be charged to the customer.
International Courier & Tracking
International orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may be limited once the parcel arrives in the destination country and is transferred to local postal or courier services.
Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. CloudState is not liable for:
- Delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts caused by recipient unavailability
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment or re-delivery.
Delayed Shipments
CloudState is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
If an order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, customers must notify CloudState within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) and provide supporting evidence such as photos, videos, or courier reports.
Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved resolutions may include replacement or store credit, subject to availability.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, CloudState is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
