Order Policy & Made-To-Order

1. Order Policy

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Please ensure all details (size, color, quantity, shipping address) are correct before confirming your order.

2. Made to Order / Pre-Order Policy

2.1. Made-To-Order items are produced only after an order has been successfully placed and paid for. This allows us to reduce excess inventory and maintain quality craftsmanship.

2.2. Made-To-Order items require 7–14 business days for production before shipment. Production time may vary depending on demand and complexity.

2.3. Due to the custom nature of Made-To-Order items, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Payment Methods

  • We support a wide range of different payment methods. Our payment options include Credit/Debit card, E-Wallets, Online banking via Paymonggo
  • VISA, MASTERCARD, GCASH, GRABPAY, MAYA, BILLEASE, BPI, UNIONBANK, BDO, METROBANK, LANDBANK, SHOPPEEPAY, AND QRPH.
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • If payment is unsuccessful or incomplete, the order will not be processed. CloudState is not responsible for delays caused by payment issues.
  • All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
